UV DTF is designed for clean, smooth, non-porous hard surfaces. Avoid textured or porous materials where adhesive cannot make full contact, flexible materials that bend, and items exposed to dishwashers or sustained high heat.

From artwork to finished product

Clean the surface
Remove oil, dust, and moisture with isopropyl alcohol, then let the smooth surface dry fully.

Position and burnish
Align the decal, apply it from the center outward, and press firmly across every edge and detail.

Peel the carrier
Peel slowly at a sharp angle. If an edge lifts, lay the film back down and burnish again.

Do UV DTF decals need a heat press?
No. UV DTF decals use a peel, position, burnish, and peel application process without a heat press.
How should decorated items be cared for?
Hand-wash decorated items and avoid dishwashers, prolonged soaking, abrasion, and high-heat exposure.
