How Do I Use UV DTF Transfers?

1. Prep the Surface

Clean the substrate thoroughly with 70%–90% isopropyl alcohol to eliminate oils, dust, and fingerprints.
Dry completely; ensure the surface is smooth and non-porous

2. Position the Transfer

Peel the clear film off the backing slowly; the printed graphic should stay on the clear sheet.
Align the transfer on the substrate and lay it down from the center outward to avoid bubbles.
Apply steady pressure with a squeegee, card, or thumb to activate the adhesive.

4. Adhere the Transfer

Work the graphic thoroughly, focusing on edges, corners, and fine details.
For curved items (tumblers, cups), roll the transfer onto the surface in a controlled motion for optimal contact.

5. Peel the Carrier Film

Perform a slow, controlled peel at a sharp angle.
If any part doesn’t release cleanly, lay the film back down and re-burnish before peeling again.

7. Care & Use

Hand-wash; avoid dishwashers and high-heat exposure.
