DTF Apparel

Full color on nearly any fabric.

DTF prints your artwork onto a clear film, adds a heat-activated adhesive, and arrives ready to press. It is the everyday workhorse for colorful apparel without weeding, screens, or color limits.

UV DTF Hard surfaces

Premium decals with no heat press.

UV DTF uses UV-cured ink and adhesive to create a vibrant, slightly dimensional decal. Transfer it from the carrier film onto a clean hard surface—no heat, cutting, or weeding required.

Sublimation Polyester + blanks

Ink that becomes part of the product.

Sublimation uses heat to turn special ink into a gas that bonds inside polyester fibers or a coated blank. The result has no raised feel, will not crack, and stays exceptionally vibrant.

Choose sublimation for light polyester and coated blanks when zero texture matters.

Do I need professional equipment?

For DTF and sublimation, a heat press gives the most consistent pressure and temperature. UV DTF requires no heat press—just a clean, smooth hard surface and firm burnishing.

What artwork files work best?

A transparent PNG at the final print size and 300 DPI is ideal. Xpress also accepts common files including WEBP, JPG, SVG, PSD, AI, EPS, and PDF, and checks artwork before printing.

Should I order a gang sheet or pre-cut transfers?

Choose a gang sheet when you want the lowest cost per design and do not mind cutting transfers apart. Choose pre-cut when you want every transfer separated, organized, and ready to press immediately.

Can I put different designs on one gang sheet?

Yes. Mix designs, sizes, and quantities on the same sheet. Pack the 23-inch-wide print area efficiently to get the most value from every foot.

How fast will my order arrive?

Eligible orders are printed the same day, with nationwide 2-day shipping available. Orders over $200 qualify for free 2-day shipping, and local pickup is available in Fort Myers.
