Build your own Gang Sheet

1. Prep the Substrate

Ensure the blank is polyester-rich (minimum 65%+, ideally 100%) or a poly-coated hard surface.
Clean the surface with a lint roller or microfiber cloth to eliminate debris.
Pre-press apparel for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and smooth the surface.

2. Position the Transfer

Place the sublimation transfer image-side down on the substrate.
Tape lightly with heat-resistant tape to prevent shifting or ghosting.
Ensure full, flat contact—no wrinkles, bubbles, or lifted corners.

3. Press the Transfer

Set your heat press according to the blank type:
Polyester shirts: ~385–400°F, 45–60 seconds, medium pressure
For Mugs, Tumblers, and other specialty items, check with the manufacturer for recommended settings.
Cover with protective paper to prevent dye migration.
Press for the full cycle—avoid opening early to maintain color integrity.

4. Remove the Transfer

Perform a hot peel—remove the transfer immediately after pressing.
Check for ghosting; colors should appear vibrant and permanently bonded.

5. Cooling & Inspection

Allow the substrate to cool flat to prevent warping.

6. Wash & Care for Apparel

Turn inside out before washing.
Wash cold, gentle cycle; no bleach or harsh chemicals.
Tumble dry low or hang dry.

(Sublimation is permanent, but heat and abrasion control maintain garment longevity.)

We recommend uploading print-ready files that already have the background removed and are high quality.

File types accepted are PNG, WEBP, JPG, SVG, PSD, AI/ESP, and PDF.
