Polyester and sublimation coatings are essential
For fabric, use white or light material with at least 65% polyester; higher polyester content produces stronger color. Hard blanks must have a sublimation-compatible coating. Sublimation has no white ink and is not suitable for dark fabric or untreated cotton.

What materials work with sublimation?
Use white or light polyester fabrics with at least 65% polyester, or blanks manufactured with a sublimation-compatible coating. Higher polyester content produces stronger color.
Can I sublimate dark fabric or untreated cotton?
Sublimation has no white ink and does not cover dark fabric. It is not designed for untreated cotton.
What does the finished transfer feel like?
On a compatible material, sublimation dye bonds into the surface instead of sitting on top, creating a permanent, lightweight, no-feel finish.
What shipping options are available?
Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping. Nationwide 2-day shipping is available and is free on orders over $200. Below those thresholds, available shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders placed by 4 PM EST qualify for same-day printing; delivery time begins after production and carrier pickup.
