Due to the nature of our service and products, we cannot accept any returns for anything other than incorrectly printed items.

We will not refund purchases due to user errors. We will however replace defective transfers at the time they arrive. We will request photos of such defects before approving a refund.

DTF Transfers may arrive with powder and moisture which is caused by the shipping process, these 2 things are unavoidable. You will also experience moisture when the items are stored, so keep the transfers in a cool environment. To remove moisture you may sit the transfer under a hot heat press back side up for 90 seconds.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Position your transfer right where you want it

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my image print right?

DTF transfers work in three layers; powder, white base, and color ink. The white base is automatically added to every pixel the printer detects, and this is what the powder sticks to.

Any slightly transparent pixels will get this white under base and powder, which may cause a blurry or spotty appearance. For proper fades and transitions try creating halftone designs.

Any super thin lines (less than 10px) may not transfer properly since we have to reduce the design by a couple pixels to prevent a white outline around the whole design.

How long should I press DTF for?

We would recommend to always test and see what settings work best for your heat press, as make, model, and even age can impact how your press works. For cotton shirts we recommend pressing for 10 seconds at 320°F with medium pressure.

What can DTF be used on

Direct-to-Film transfers can be used on any type and color of fabric. The white under base allows vibrant colors even on dark garments.
While DTF works on 100% polyester shirts, if you're decorating white polyester garments we recommend Sublimation transfers for a perfect seamless transfer!

We recommend hand washing inside out and hang drying if possible. Using the washing machine on a low setting is fine, however DO NOT tumble dry, and make sure the shirts are inside out to ensure long lasting prints.
